  • Includes 4 safety valves with thermocouples to cut off gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction
  • 304 Stainless Steel Cooking surface with Cast-Iron base plate which allows even heat over the entire cooking surface
  • Battery operated ignition system
  • Removable grease tray for easy cleaning
  • Opposite gas orifices included for gas conversion
  • 3/8" Gas Fitting
  • Handcrafted in France!
