The "Ultimate" Griddle, perfect grilling for up to 30 people with 27 000 BTUs & a 41" cooking surface. Free standing or built in.

Griddle only. Accessories such as lids / shelves / carts / etc. sold separately.

  • Natural Gas or Propane
  • 3 burners with 9,000 BTUs each
  • Includes 3 safety valves with thermocouples to cut off gas supply in the event of an accidental flame extinction
  • 304 Stainless Steel Cooking surface with Cast-Iron base plate which allows even heat over the entire cooking surface
  • Battery operated ignition system
  • Removable grease tray for easy cleaning
  • Opposite gas orifices included for gas conversion
  • 3/8" Gas Fitting
  • Handcrafted in France!
  • Assembly is required
